What should I do if a Drop-off Location is missing from the map?

First, verify in the MyOCC Logistics tool that a Profile & Agreement (P&A) for the location has been submitted and approved for the current year. If the P&A was recently approved, please wait a week for the map to be updated. If the location does not appear within a week, please submit a MyOCC Help Desk ticket.
