Why am I getting an error when trying to access Connect Maps?

Make sure that you are logged into MyOCC in the same browser. When you select the Connect Maps tile in MyOCC, it will open Connect Maps in a new tab, but it is still dependent on your MyOCC login. If you log out of MyOCC or if your current MyOCC session expires, you will lose access to Connect Maps data. First verify that you are logged into MyOCC. If you have another browser tab open in MyOCC, refresh that tab to make sure that you are still logged into MyOCC.
