Why don't I receive emails from MyOCC?

Solution

In most cases your email provider may be blocking emails coming from MyOCC through Silent Email Filtering. Silent Email Filtering does not add emails to your junk folder, but it simply never allows the email to make it into your inbox or junk mail folders. Sometimes it is helpful to add occextranetadmin@samaritan.org to your address book as a contact. This will let your email provider know that occextranetadmin@samaritan.org is an approved email to receive content from.
