What if I am unable to log in to MyOCC?


From the MyOCC login page, type in your email address in the first field labeled "Username". Then, in the next field, type your password followed by clicking on "Login". If you cannot remember your password, reset your password by clicking on the option "Forgot your password?" The PDF file attached below contains step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the "Forgot your password?" function.

If after entering your email address and password you receive an error message "Invalid Credentials", then perform a password reset. Remember that your password is case sensitive so verify that your Caps Lock key is not on. If after performing a password reset, you continue to receive an error message, please submit a ticket to the Help Desk so that we can verify the email address that we have on file and assist further.
