What if I am unable to log in to MyOCC?

Solution

From the MyOCC login page, type in your email address in the first field labeled "Username". Then, in the next field, type your password followed by clicking on "Login".  Remember that your password is case-sensitive so verify that your Caps Lock key is not on.

If you cannot remember your password or if you receive the error message "Invalid Credentials" after entering your email address and passwordreset your password by clicking on the option "Forgot your password?" The PDF file attached below contains step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the "Forgot your password?" function.

When setting your password, make sure that it is at least 8 characters long.  

If you previously allowed your browser to save your password, note that you should either clear that from your browser or set the new password in your browser if your password changes.  Otherwise, your browser will keep trying to use an old password, resulting in login errors.

If after performing a password reset, you continue to receive an error message, please submit a ticket to the Help Desk so that we can verify the email address that we have on file and assist further.
