Why am I logged into MyOCC as someone else?


If multiple people use the same computer to access MyOCC, sometimes one user can unintentionally be logged into MyOCC as the other person.  To fix this, log out fully by going to the homepage of, going to the upper-right corner of the page, clicking on the icon that looks like a silhouette of a person and a gear, and clicking "LOGOUT". Then close all instances of your web browser, reopen it, and log back in to MyOCC. This should fix the issue and you should then be logged in as only the one account.
