Why am I logged into MyOCC as someone else?


If multiple people use the same computer to access MyOCC, sometimes one user can unintentionally be logged into MyOCC as the other person.  To fix this, log out fully before logging in again:

* Go to the homepage of

* Click on the icon in the upper-right corner of the page that looks like a silhouette of a person and a gear

* Click "LOGOUT"

* Close all instances of your web browser

* Open a new web browser window

* Log back in to MyOCC


This should fix the issue and you should then be logged in as only the one account.
