If you are experiencing audio issues when playing eLearning videos, it may be related to a setting for autoplay.

For Firefox users: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/block-autoplay
Also check to make sure your sound is not muted. For example, some browsers (such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) have a control for muting sound on the browser tab. Right clicking on the tab shows a menu with a mute option. In Windows, pressing Ctrl-M may mute / unmute the sound in the browser tab.
