I am trying to reset my password and getting an error message. Now what?
When trying to reset your password, you may see one of the following error messages. Here's what they mean and how you can resolve the issue.
Error: Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.
- This means that the email address entered does not match any active MyOCC accounts. Use the email address associated with your MyOCC account and enter your entire email address.
Error: The emails need to match and be valid.
- The email address must be entered the same in both boxes. There should be no spaces entered. The email address must be formatted as a valid email address.
Error: You will receive an email if your account is active.
- This means that your account is not currently active, which is why you did not receive an email. Please contact your Regional Office for more information, or if this is in error.
