When you click the password reset link from your email, you may be taken to a page with this error message: Expired MyOCC Key. Sorry, your key has expired. Please Click Here to request a new key.

The password reset link in the Welcome to MyOCC and password reset emails are valid for 72 hours. If the link expired, please select the link to request a new key, and begin the process again.
