I'm getting an error message when clicking my password reset link. How should I proceed?
When you click the password reset link from your email, you may be taken to a page with this error message: Expired MyOCC Key. Sorry, your key has expired. Please Click Here to request a new key.
The password reset link in the Welcome to MyOCC and password reset emails are valid for 72 hours. If the link expired, please select the “Click Here” link to request a new key, and begin the process again.
