I'm getting an error when trying to save a new password. Now what?

When trying to save a new password, you may get the following errors:

Something went wrong. Please try again. Or request a new reset link.

  • If you have received multiple password reset or Welcome to MyOCC emails, only the most recent one has a valid link, which can only be used once. If you get this error, click on the “Try to reset password again” button to request a new password reset link and start over.

Your passwords must match and be at least 8 characters long. 

  • Make sure that you are entering the same password in both password boxes. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure that upper and lower case letters are entered the same. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
