How can I update my OCC account information?
To verify that the information we have on file with your account is correct:
* Go to the MyOCC Home page.
* In the upper right, click on the icon next to your name that looks like the image of a person with a gear.
* Click on "Profile".
If you need to update the email address used for your MyOCC account, submit a MyOCC Help Desk ticket.
To update your name, address, phone number, or any other personal information, please contact your Regional Point-of-Contact.
