How can I update my OCC account information?


Your Regional Point-of-Contact can assist you with updating any of your personal information that we have on file. To verify that the information we have on file with your account is correct, from the Home page, look in the upper-right corner. To the right of where your name is, there will be a profile icon (an image of a person with a cog/gear to the right of it). Click on the profile icon followed by clicking on "Profile". If any of the information listed under your profile is incorrect, please contact your Regional Point-of-Contact.
