How do I reset my password?

Please view the attachment for a quick guide to reset your MyOCC password.

Step 1: Request a Password Reset Link

• Select the “Forgot password?” button on the MyOCC log-in page.
• Enter your MyOCC email into both fields and select “Send Password Reset Link.”
• You will see a "Reset Link Sent" confirmation page once MyOCC sends you a reset link.

Step 2: Open Your Email for the Password Reset Link

• You should receive an email with the subject line: “MyOCC Notice of Password Change.” Click on the “Password Reset” button to continue. If you did not receive an email, see this article.

Step 3: Save a New Password

• After clicking the Password Reset button in your email, enter a new password into both fields and click the “Save New Password” button. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.

Step 4: Log-in to MyOCC

• If your password reset is successful, you will be taken to the MyOCC log-in page. Log-in using your email and new password!
